Testimonials

"I first met Andy about 2 years ago as I was struggling with injury and looking for new shoes. Andy started training me in March 2007 for the Berlin marathon.

I had just just completed the Boston marathon in 04:36. Our training lasted about 6 months and consited of workout sessions, cycling, swimming and running. Andy designed my programme month by month and helped me troughout with sound advice including
mental and nutrition matters. We ran the Berlin marathon together in October 2007 and I finished in 03:26.

Need I say more? Thank you Andy."

"I have had the benefit of working with a wide range of trainers from the swanky spa style gyms that imply that they have the best of the best...(but rarely do) and in locations literally from Cairo to Cape Town and the Alps.

I turned to Andy for guidance in putting together a monthly training programme after a major operation and several years of a confused training programme had burnt me out.
He spent what seemed an age assessing what my body could handle. In my case with only one remaining adrenal gland this was an essential discipline.
The results a year later are showing the wisedom an experience of his approach. I am far healthier than I have been for years and have learnt to train in a way that does not stress my body...
As a highly committed elite triathlete Andy knows what works but has the patience to guide you through what you should be doing.

He is one of the best around."

" I have worked with Andy over the last couple of years and found it to be beneficial to my improvement as a pro triathlete. He has helped with my strength and core fitness which has helped with my rigorous training regime.
My advice to anyone no matter what level they are is to make sure they do strength and core conditioning, it will benefit you in the long term whether you are a sportsperson or not, and if you are a sportsperson it will help you in
whatever sport you choose to do. "

" For years I have not only learnt about the body, it's structure, it's function, how to test it and what to look for when it goes wrong - but also about how to improve the situation. I've known Andy Brodziak as a colleague and now friend for a number of years and he is the only professional I know who has brought everything together for me with regards to my training/rest/dietary needs and he is guiding me through a Half Ironman triathlon later this year.

I have met many so called 'specialists' with far less humour, humility and application of theory to practice than Andy - he seriously knows how to help people improve their individual needs whether it be short, medium or long term goals. He comes highly recommended. "

“Andy is an extremely patient coach who understands your capabilities and pushes you to do more than you can imagine… He has a holistic approach to his training and this influences you to be aware of what you need to build on and what your body can actually achieve. Wish we could find a real coach like this in Sydney.”

'' Most sessions were tough both on the mental & physical side, I mean this in a positive way as everything Andy made me do was for my bodies own good and development. So 18 months of mind strengthening I graduated with a strong core and no body limitations needed on my body ever again. His motivation and little kid eager approach to sessions did make it fun and you knew he always had my best interest at heart.''
